Thank you for registering your swimmer/s to the Cudas 2019 swim season.

As part of the registration you were asked to fill a 3 pages EBSL form, download it and bring it to the mandatory parent meeting on March 23.

EBSL is moving to digital forms starting this year and a new form was just released.

If you already done so - thank you - you are all set - see you on March 23.

If you haven't done so yet - please take a few moments and use THIS link to complete your online registration. New swimmers will need to upload a copy of their swimmers birth certificate as part of this form.

By completing this online new form you will NOT need to bring any forms to the parents meeting (only your checks if you opted out from paying online).
