Hi Cudas,

This season, there are roughly 5-7 jobs per family. This does not include CHAMPS. If you have limited availability, you might have multiple shifts in one day to make sure you can reach your season total. Some assignments may fall on the Friday night before a meet, so please keep that in mind when checking the schedule.

There may be a possibility for changes throughout the season due to unforeseen events so please be on the lookout. I will try my best to notify you about these changes.

If you can't make a shift, please use our Team WhatsApp Group to find a replacement. Once you’ve found a swap, email me so I can update the roster. Please remember that if a shift isn't covered, we are required to cash the $100 volunteer deposit check.

Our volunteers make these meets possible for our swimmers. Thank you for doing your part to give them a great season!

• Job Descriptions: Please refer to the FAQ page on the team website for a detailed description of your respective jobs.
• Checking Your Jobs (Website): From the calendar, click the "Job Sign Up" button for each event. Even if the button is grey and says "Closed," it will show your assignment for that specific event.
• Checking Your Jobs (SwimTopia App): To see a full list in chronological order, go to "My Account" (found under the red "Welcome" button on the website, or the drop-down menu under the "waffle" icon on the app home screen). Scroll down to "2026 Job Sign Ups" to see your full list for the season.
